Suga's electric scooter problem

Okay, I'm sure a lot of us already know about this but I would like to tell the people who don't know about this what happened. So basically Suga was out drinking one night and was riding his electric scooter on a street and fell over. Some police officers who were present came over to see if he was okay and he picked up his scooter and said he was. They gave him a breathalyser test and his blood - alcohol prescence was 0.227% which exceeds the 0.08 drving licence limit. So now Suga faces some fears in prison OR a hefty fine. I wanted to clear up one thing though: SUGA IS NOT GOING TO LEAVE BTS. Hybe has confirmed it themselves so you guys don't need to worry. I find it hard to process too becuase I'm somewhat mad that they might send him to jail. I was CRYING when I find out that they might. So I'm just as upset as you guys. BUT I know Suga will be fine so I'm crossing my fingers, and I'm sure you guys are too!

I dont think he will go to jail bc bighit said that the all the member will come back in 2025..so maybe he will have jail with reprieve. But the fact that he dont leave BTS omg I was sooooo happy

I'm glad BigHit took notice of this too and told us that he wouldn't leave BTS I was up all night thinking about it. I'm sure he won't go to jail (Well, I hope so) but I would rather him paying a fine than seeing him in jail. I LOVE YOU MIN - YOONGI!!!!

Do you have a reliable source for the alcohol level? I've never seen that confirmed by any police statements or Yoongi. Aside from that, it's unlikely he's going to jail. Even idols with actual DUIs often don't end up in jail so I wouldn't worry about that unless something else happens. But also please be very mindful of media reports around this! It's already come out that a major news outlet reported on CCTV footage that wasn't even Yoongi. We have the actual footage and it matches to what Yoongi has said so be at ease! And as always, trust in BTS. ^_^

I saw a lot of media saying that his alcohol level was 0,227 % but I just have to say that this is NOTHING in France, your license is revoked when you have 0,8% of alcohol in your blood so pls 0,227 is nothing..and this person on twt was right when she said that this is the media who expanded this "accident". Calling him a criminal for what ?? I mean I fail my math exam faster than him when he was driving.

OMG, @jin you are SO right! I'm glad that it wasn't him. You too @Lalie! I guess I was a little late on the news...oops? But I'm happy that he won't go to jail. I mean, he's part of BTS he can't. Thank you for telling me! I love the boys so much!
